The hotel is situated in the unique listed Northumberland village of Blanchland, just a few miles from the market towns of Hexham and Corbridge. Originally Blanchland Abbey (built in 13thC). Set in the Derwent Valley and surrounded by Northumberland's moors. This is one of England's finest inns, set in one of the prettiest villages.
